This task is to write a letter to my future 30 day self. Here's what I came up with.
Dear Future Jelani,
Congratulations on all the progress that you've made. I'm so proud of you for overcoming some many different obstacles thrown your way. You are so awesome. What God is doing in your life is beyond amazing. Continue to allow to use you for your glory!
You are continuing your workouts and am now 10 lbs lighter (or more). Woot Woot! You are embracing your new healthy lifestyle and encouraging others to eat healthy as well. You have set a deadline for when the you will have the first draft of your book written which is a huge step! Procrastination is no longer your friend. You are also beginning to host natural hair meet ups to help others with their natural hair journey.
You are also entertaining the idea of going out of a date. (bites nails) No randoms though. You are consistently writing your journal to God which has made your relationship with Him that much stronger. You are also ridding yourself of all the fluff in your life so that you can make room for the blessings God has in store for you.
God is truly using you! Continue to be a living testament to His goodness and grace!
